Someone who entered before turning 16, before June 15, 2007, and who had no lawful status as of June 15, 2012, and is over 15 years old, is eligible to apply for DACA.

To receive DACA benefits, you must have entered the U.S. before your 16th birthday, have lived here for 5 years or more, and currently be enrolled in school or have at least a high school diploma or equivalent — and be an out-of-status youth up to age 30.
