My job is in Korea, and my address is also listed only in Korea.
I keep a temporary address in the U.S. purely to maintain my green card. In this situation, if I only travel abroad for under 6 months each time, would there be a major problem maintaining my green card?

Even if you stay in the U.S. under 6 months, if it becomes clear that your job and primary address are in Korea or otherwise outside the U.S., you could still lose your green card. The 6-month standard isn’t absolute — everything is considered together.
As a general rule, USCIS treats a green card holder as having abandoned their green card if they stay abroad more than a year at a single stretch. If you stay abroad more than 6 months, it can be presumed that you’ve abandoned your U.S. green card residency.
