Whether there’s a conflict in applying for a green card EAD work permit first while the green card process is ongoing

I’d like to ask whether there’s a conflict in applying for a green card EAD work permit first while going through my green card process this time.

I’d also like to know if the green card EAD work permit can come out at the earliest during the 1-year period of F-1 OPT.

I previously received a speeding ticket. I hired an attorney and had it reduced from 92mph/70mph, but I was told it would still register as a super speeder ticket. I’d like to know if this could cause a problem for my green card process.
