After filing I-90 for a lost green card, and then finding the lost card, which document should I use for international travel?
Hello.
I filed I-90 after losing my green card card, and it’s currently showing as ‘actively reviewed’ online.
A few days later, I found the lost green card card.
I need to travel abroad soon for a business trip — can I withdraw the I-90 and travel using the found green card card?
Or would it be better to get an I-551 stamp via InfoPass and receive a new green card card? Any advice would help — thank you.
Since you already reported it as lost, we think you’d have no problem either getting the new green card card and traveling with that, or traveling with your existing green card card while also carrying proof of the new filing.
Please keep this in mind.
