Can an adult child over 21 also be sponsored for a green card?
My son finished his military service and is now over 21 in U.S. age. I’d like to live with my son as a green card or citizen holder.
I’d like to know if I can sponsor my son for a green card through myself.
Yes, a green card holder parent can process a child’s U.S. green card through second-preference family-based immigration (F2), and this includes an unmarried adult child 21 or older.
