Can I bring an interpreter to my citizenship interview?

    This may be worth considering if you are: 1) 55 or older and it’s been more than 15 years since obtaining your green card, or 2) 50 or older and it’s been more than 20 years since obtaining your green card. Note that some examiners do decline to allow a family member as interpreter, so we recommend bringing a third-party interpreter instead.
