Can I change employers after filing I-140?
I filed I-140 and am waiting for the result. My current workplace is making things very difficult for me, and I’d like to move to a different job.
Is that possible?

If 180 days have passed since filing I-140 without a decision, you can change employers. This assumes the company continues to sponsor you. So the new company would send USCIS notice that they intend to hire and sponsor you, and this change of employer/sponsor is factored into the review, allowing your I-140 review to continue.
