Can you introduce a sponsor for me?
I’m currently working abroad and have a family. I’m considering unskilled immigration to the U.S.
My reason is that, even if it takes time, I’d like to obtain a green card and resolve my status so my family and I can move together — I’d like to know if I need to find an unskilled-immigration sponsor myself, or if your office can introduce a sponsor.
We don’t provide sponsor-matching services, as that would violate attorney conduct rules. You need to find one separately on your own. Attorneys who introduce sponsors are often blacklisted by USCIS and the Department of Homeland Security. If discovered later, this could result in your immigration status being revoked.
