I may need to stay in Korea for more than 6 months. I’d like to know if this will cause a problem upon re-entering the U.S. if I don’t take any action beforehand.
I’ve heard that if you’re abroad for more than 6 months, you’re supposed to file some kind of stay-authorization document.
