My PERM labor certification application got audited after filing — I’d like to know how much longer this will take.
I’m also going through a separate employment-based process with another sponsor, so I’d like to cancel the audited labor certification process. How can I go about canceling it?

Once a case is audited, that particular labor certification filing cannot simply be withdrawn.
