Hello. I accidentally filed with USCIS without signing G-1450.
I understand this typically gets returned, but I received a receipt and the filing went through normally. I’d like to know if it could still get returned later.
In this case, should I wait until it’s returned, or is there still a chance it gets approved?

Once you receive a receipt, you can consider the filing accepted. Sometimes filings are accepted despite this, but in the vast majority of cases, they are returned. So in practice, if it’s returned, you refile by attaching the return letter. In theory, it’s also fine to refile immediately, even before receiving the returned documents.
