I’ve been divorced twice — can I now marry again and sponsor my new spouse for a green card?
As it happens, I’ve been divorced twice, and I’m getting married again — I’d like to know if I can sponsor my new wife for a green card.

Repeatedly sponsoring a green card, getting divorced, and then sponsoring again could understandably raise USCIS’s suspicion. However, if the marriage is genuine, you should be able to proceed as long as you can document that thoroughly.
