Even though you’re living together, if he’s refusing to sign the sponsorship for your green card unless you meet a demand involving your assets in Korea, and there’s a real risk of falling out of status, and you’re already considering divorce, you can pursue filing the removal-of-conditions petition on your own. As long as the marriage itself is genuine, you should be able to receive your green card. This is something to discuss in detail with an attorney.
