Hello.
I’m someone going through EB-3 employment-based immigration and am on the verge of getting my green card.
I filed I-485 last year, had my interview, and was even fingerprinted, but it’s been over a year and my green card still hasn’t been approved.
Due to circumstances, I’m not currently working at the sponsoring company. I’d like to know what I should do.
