Not entering the U.S. for over 20 years after obtaining a green card and returning to Korea

I lived in the U.S. from 1996 to 2002 due to my father’s company posting. I also obtained a green card at the time, but its validity expired long ago.

I currently have an old Reentry Permit issued back then, but that’s also outdated.

I’m planning to visit the U.S. this August for my honeymoon, which will be my first visit since 2002. I’ve heard immigration policy has become stricter — I’d like to know what type of visa and process would be needed for this visit. Also, I’m a developer, and I’m aiming to find employment in the U.S. by the end of this year or next year at the latest. I’d appreciate advice on what visa I should prepare and what process to follow in that case.
