If you filed an L-1 extension request, you may continue working lawfully for 120 days even after your current L-1 status has technically expired. And even beyond that 120-day period, if you file Form I-485 under the employment-based second preference category, up to 180 days of unauthorized employment can be forgiven. In your case, you continued working for roughly 210 days after your prior L-1 status expired. You exceeded the 120-day lawful work period after filing for the extension, but because you filed I-485 under the employment-based second preference, immigration law allows up to 180 days of unauthorized employment to be excused.
