Question about company size requirements for obtaining a work visa

Any properly registered company can serve as a sponsor for a work visa — there’s no specific rule regarding company size. However, when filing for a work visa, you’ll need to include details about the company, such as its founding year, current staff, number of employees, annual revenue, and net profit, since the key point is whether the company can reliably pay the offered wage, and overall whether it’s a legitimately operating business. Even if the company shows a financial loss, that’s fine as long as it can demonstrate a viable business outlook — in other words, even a company operating at a loss can qualify.
