Question about the residency period required for citizenship eligibility
Hello. As a green card holder, I’ve traveled between Korea and the U.S. quite often. My total time residing in the U.S. as a green card holder adds up to about 192 days.
I’d like to know if I’m eligible to apply for citizenship in this case.
Hello. To be eligible to apply for citizenship, you need to have resided in the U.S. for 30 months out of the period immediately preceding the application. So you’re well short of that.
