I filed I-485, it was approved, and I even received the combo card. However, only my I-131 travel authorization was denied.
I’d like to know why, and I’m worried this issue could somehow lead to my green card being denied.

The most likely scenario — over 90% likely — is that you either didn’t sign the I-131 form, or filled out the application incorrectly. This shouldn’t lead to green card denial, and reapplying should result in it being issued.
