I filed I-140 and I-485 last July. This March, I received a request for additional documents related to I-140 — I’d like to know if submitting the additional documents would also require a new medical exam and fingerprinting. I’ve heard the medical exam’s validity period is 1 year and that I’d need to redo it — please advise.
