I’m researching relief options for immediate relatives who are out of status.
I’ve heard that a U.S. citizen’s parent (regardless of the citizen’s age being over 21) and a citizen’s minor child both qualify as immediate relatives.
I’d like to know whether ‘minor child’ means under 21, or whether any unmarried child qualifies regardless of age.
