Whether a green card could be revoked due to speeding tickets
I’m a 29-year-old man, my wife is 27. We’re both green card holders.
We’re planning a trip to Korea together this June, and since I’ve seen various news stories about green card holders and students being denied entry lately, I’m reaching out to check if there’s anything concerning in our situation. Thank you for your time.
In my case, I received several speeding tickets around 2017 — one super-speeder ticket and one regular speeding ticket. Time has passed and the points have all cleared, but I’m worried these old records could cause a problem for this upcoming trip.
It seems visa holders are being scrutinized, but green card holders don’t appear to be an issue yet.
