Hello. I’m reaching out about signing an apartment lease — a friend has a crime report on file, so the apartment is putting my friend’s father on the lease list. My friend’s father is planning to visit the U.S. later for the graduation ceremony — I’d like to know if being on the apartment’s resident list could cause a problem when he visits the U.S. later.
