After receiving my green card, I reported to the labor department that I never properly received wages for work I did.
If my employer reports my termination to USCIS, could that cause a problem for the green card I already received?

We’re not certain whether not working at the company after green card approval would later be raised as an issue. However, many people have quit their jobs after obtaining a green card and gone on to successfully apply for citizenship. Please keep this in mind.
If you were unable to continue due to a change in the company’s circumstances, it would help to keep related documentation or evidence, in case USCIS raises this as an issue later.
Generally, employment-based immigration grants a green card based on the intent to work there after obtaining it, so if it’s determined there was no genuine intent to work, this could be raised as an issue. That said, looking at cases so far, it seems most people have proceeded without a problem.
Whether there’s an issue or not is ultimately a legal determination USCIS would make, so no one can say for certain.
