Why the success rate is low among people pursuing unskilled poultry-factory immigration
I have a question about EB3 unskilled immigration. What are the odds of actually receiving a green card when pursuing unskilled immigration from Korea currently? For example, an immigration agency I consulted with said they process about 200 cases a year, but checking their website’s success cases, only around 100 people appear to have received a green card.
If that agency has been doing unskilled immigration for about 10 years, and roughly 100 out of 2,000 succeeded, isn’t that an extremely low rate? I’d like to know if my thinking is correct. If the actual success rate is higher than I think, I’d like to consider pursuing unskilled immigration.
Also, please let me know if the odds are higher when filing on my own, and how to go about filing on my own.
