Would an older applicant have trouble applying for an R-1 religious worker visa?
I’ve been doing pastoral ministry in Korea and am planning to move to the U.S. I haven’t retired yet.
I’m just worried that, since I’m over 70, I might have trouble obtaining an R-1 religious visa.
Is this possible?
As long as you haven’t retired yet, I don’t believe age alone would be grounds for denial. Please apply before retiring.
