After graduating, I applied for OPT and it was approved by USCIS. My EAD work card was lost partway through, and I refiled for a replacement two months ago.
The issue is that OPT requires finding a job within 90 days of approval, so I’ve already started working without the EAD. I’d like to know whether it’s okay to work even though it’s approved but the physical EAD card hasn’t arrived yet.
