I’ve heard that sponsorship for a citizen’s child might be limited to under 31. I’m currently in the U.S. on a student visa. I-130 was filed back in 2010, and I’m currently attending school while waiting for the priority date to open up.
Would people who have already filed be unaffected by this new bill?
