Hello, I had been on F-1 and recently filed to change to E-2 small-business investor status.
My F-1 ended in the meantime, and my E-2 was also denied. I’ve heard I can’t appeal but can file a motion — I’d like to know roughly how long that takes.
Also, would it be possible to restore my F-1 status?
