Hello. I finished college in the U.S., and while on OPT, I was selected in the H-1B lottery and am currently filing. I’m currently facing an RFE.
I’d like to know the maximum stay period for H-1B in the U.S. Some people say 3 years, others say 6, and some even say 7 — I’d like clarity on this.
