10 years ago, I entered the U.S. unlawfully through the Canadian border. I later met and married a U.S. citizen, and we’re now raising a 4-year-old child together.

You can still obtain a green card. Although you entered unlawfully, since you’ve married a U.S. citizen and are raising a child together, you can proceed by applying for and being approved for an inadmissibility waiver, then returning to your home country and re-entering to obtain your green card that way.
