You can request premium (expedited) processing while I-140 is pending review. If the wait is dragging on and you have concerns about your existing status, or simply want to know the result quickly, you can request premium processing. This is done using Form I-907, attaching your I-140 receipt notice (I-797C, Notice of Action), and sending it to the appropriate USCIS office.
You need to fill out the premium processing request carefully — Part 2, questions 1 through 5, must all be completed, and if even one is left blank, the premium processing request will not be accepted, so be careful not to skip anything if you’re doing this yourself.
