My fiancée has 2 unmarried adult (female) children. Can I sponsor them together when filing for a fiancé(e) visa?

Later, this could be done after obtaining a green card, waiting 5 years, and becoming a citizen, but the children must not be married. It would likely be more time-efficient for the children to look into a different method. Since becoming a citizen also takes about a year, it would take roughly 6 years in total before you could sponsor them this way. Since sponsorship also takes over 5 years, we’d recommend a different approach.

1. Once the adult children turn 18, they’re considered adults, so they can’t be sponsored directly as a stepfather’s children.
2. The spouse obtaining the green card can obtain their own green card first, and then sponsor the children.
