My actual wedding date and the date on my marriage relation certificate don’t match. I entered the wedding date on I-130.
I think that’s why this came up. I’d like to know how to submit the additional documents in this case.

Contact your photo studio and ask them to produce a wedding photo showing the actual wedding date, and submit that along with any other evidence and photos showing the wedding date. Also, write an explanation (in English or briefly in Korean, then have it translated and notarized) explaining why the wedding date and marriage registration date differ, and submit that to USCIS.
