Hello. I’m preparing to switch from my current company to a different one, and my visa is currently in Grace Period status.
I’m planning to visit Korea in the middle of this transition, and I’d like to know if there would be any problem returning, and what the best approach would be.

As long as your visa is still valid, you can go and come back, but the condition is that you’re working at your current company. So you could bring a recent pay stub or employment verification letter and go visit. However, if you’ve already left your job, in principle it would be safer to first get I-129 approved for the new job and then travel.
