Whether I can go through the green card process through an acquaintance’s company
Hello, I’m a high school graduate, and I’d like to know if there’s a way to obtain a green card with help from an acquaintance’s company. This would involve being hired as an employee at their real estate investment company or hotel.
Or, could I have the acquaintance wire investment funds to my account, and use that money to start a business and apply for an E-2 nonimmigrant visa?
I’ve heard that if the source of investment funds is unclear, investor immigration becomes difficult — I’d like to know if this approach is viable.
